Trouble Shooting
Sometimes things go wrong. Applications and operating systems are complex, and unfortunately not every combination and aspect can be properly tested beforehand.
Every kind of feedback is welcome - be it a bug report, things that need clarification, improvement suggestions, or feature requests. Please get in contact by sending an email to support_at_yasla.de. If you’re reporting a problem, the following will be helpful:
- please describe the problem and the circumstances under which it occurred as detailed as possible. If shown, take note of error messages and especially error codes.
- if appropriate, take a screenshot showing the problem (CMD-SHIFT-3, CMD-SHIFT-4, or CMD-SHIFT-5)
- if Yasla offers to submit a crash report, please consider doing so. These reports are completely anonymous, and a tremendous help when analyzing a problem.
- preserve source materials and Yasla documents, if possible. In some cases, they may be the only way to find the root cause of a problem.
